PHOTO OF THE WEEK: BORROWERS IN CHF CURRENCY - PROTEST

Description: A man holds a poster that reads "CHF, No Bud of hope" (wordplay based on the name of central bank's governor Mugur (which can be translated as bud) Isarescu) during a protest action in Bucharest. More than 1.000 people rallied in the Constitution Square, asking the government to approve a general conversion of mortgage loans denominated in Swiss francs, following the sharp depreciation of the leu against the Alpine currency in the wake of the Swiss Bank's decision to remove the cap on the CHF/euro exchange. The protest was organized by the Group of Bank Customers with CHF Loans.
